Alice in Wonderland Cake

I have decided this is my absolute favorite way to decorate a cake.  I love hand painting characters.  I think in the future I will experiment more with this technique.  This cake, though I loved making it, was a problem for me.  I don't normally like to make excuses, but I had a migrane while making it.  It was for my step daughter's 18th and I didn't want to let her down so I perservered.  Suffice to say, I could have done better if I where well, but over all I'm pleased with the way it turned out.
